Who we are

RH Schilders, based in Diemen, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 78138930, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement.

Which data we collect

Through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number, town and a description of your request. If you contact us by phone or email, we process the details you provide yourself.

We also record technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, for the security and proper working of the website.

What we use the data for

We use your data to answer your request, prepare a quote, make work arrangements and handle the work and invoicing. We do not use your data for automated decision making.

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data related to an assignment is kept for seven years, in line with the statutory tax retention period.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data when this is needed to carry out the work or when the law requires it, for example with our accountant, our hosting provider or a specialist we bring in. We agree on confidentiality and security with these parties. We never sell your data.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, this goes through Meta's service. We then share your phone number, the content of your message and, if visible in your WhatsApp profile, your name with Meta. We keep these details for a maximum of 6 months, unless they become part of an assignment.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies that are needed to make the site work, including your language choice. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing or ask us to transfer your data. Send a message to info@rhschilders.nl. We respond within four weeks. If you disagree with our response, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
