For homes older than two years we charge 9% VAT on the labour for painting. Materials and work on new-build are charged at the standard 21% rate.

For smaller jobs we invoice after completion, with a payment term of 14 days. For larger projects we work in instalments: 30% at the start and the remainder after completion.

A single room is usually finished in 1 to 2 days. Exterior painting on a house takes 4 to 8 working days on average. The quote states a concrete lead time.

In almost all cases, yes. We work room by room, cover furniture and floors carefully and tidy up at the end of each day.

Yes. A single door, a staircase or a window frame is fine, as long as it fits the schedule. We apply a minimum amount of € 350.
